Thanks to its deep knowledge of the Techniques of Fight, to its eclectic approach, and, mainly, thanks to its enormous capacity of synthesis, Alexander Churches he has been able to integrate and to develop a system of fight, based on the effectiveness, forcefulness and simplicity of the techniques: the S.H.O.O.T. In order to present this procedure, it has carried out a work of synthesis that shows some of the most important steps of the first stage of formation where the fundamental bases of the combat study. A method of rapidísimo learning, and that has allowed us to recover the essence of the fight, the combat, and… why not…? of the survival.
